Venom extract and solvent vials are defined as follows,
1 pc: 125 mcg black labeled vial containing powdered venom extract
1 pc: 5 mL pink labeled vial containing solvent
6 pcs: 4.5 mL purple labeled vial containing solvent.

Reconstitution
Withdraw 1.25 mL of solvent from the light pink labeled solvent vial and transfer to the black labeled vial containing 125 mcg of lyophilized venom extract. A 100 mcg/mL solution is obtained.
1st dilution
Take 0.5 mL from the reconstituted black labeled vial and transfer to the purple labeled 1st dilution vial.
2nd dilution
Take 0.5 mL of the diluted purple labeled vial and transfer to the 2nd dilution vial.
3rd dilution
Take 0.5 mL from the diluted purple labeled vial and transfer to the 3rd dilution vial.
4th dilution
Take 0.5 mL from the diluted purple labeled vial and transfer to the 4th dilution vial.
5th dilution
Take 0.5 mL from the diluted purple labeled vial and transfer to the 5th dilution vial.
6th dilution
Take 0.5 mL of the diluted purple labeled vial and transfer to the 6th dilution vial.
